Located on 909 N. Second Street North Bowl is a nightlife attraction. It offers 1950s style bowling in a 20,000 square foot converted mechanics garage. The seating is retro in style. There are seventeen bowling lanes and games start at $4 to $6 per person. There is a sculptural bar with expert cocktail mixer and a glass pod in the mezzanine lounge for watching the bowling. There are also pool tables and videogames and there is live music and dancing upstairs with a DJ. Food includes appetizers of quesadillas, bagels or eggplant. Other dishes include tater tots, soups, cheeseburgers, corn dogs, tacos and vegetarian options and there is local beer available. Live events are staged here from time to time. It won the My Fox Philly award for best bowling alley.
